What is RGH?
RGH is a working hypothesis that treats the universe not as a one-way chain of cause-and-effect from past to future, but as a reflective system that is shaped by conditions at both ends of time. Instead of reality being fully determined just by initial conditions, RGH asks: what if the universe is more like a self-consistent pattern, where past, present, and future must all fit together in a kind of global feedback loop? Framework / structure RGH is built on three linked ideas: 1. Time & boundary conditions The universe isn't just started and left to run. Large-scale structure and laws might arise from two-way constraints: early conditions (like the Big Bang) and late-time or global conditions (like thermodynamic limits, final states, or informational constraints) both help shape what happens in between. 2. Information & reflective feedback Physical systems are treated as part of an information flow that can be time-linked and self-referential. Instead of only past - future, RGH explores models where information and correlations can be understood in a more symmetric or retrocausal way, as if the universe is solving for a consistent whole, not just pushing forward step by step. 3. Conscious agents as reflective nodes Consciousness is modeled as a special kind of self-updating loop: an agent that builds models of the world and of itself, then uses those models to guide its future states. In the RGH framework, minds are places where the universe's information folds back on itself - local centers of reflective prediction and self-consistency inside the larger time-linked structure.

Consciousness
The Reflective Genesis Hypothesis treats consciousness as a special kind of self-referential feedback loop: a system that builds models of the world, and of itself, and then uses those models to guide its future states. Instead of being a passive byproduct, conscious experience is tied to how an agent integrates past information, predicts possible futures, and stabilizes its own identity over time. On this view, minds are reflective nodes in the universe's information flow, where what I am and what might happen constantly update each other. Consciousness is where the universe starts to model itself from the inside.
